About the Role

Lendlease is seeking a highly skilled EHS Coordinator to join our team on a large-scale project in the Sydney CBD. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for driving EHS performance on site, providing technical expertise to identify issues and trends, and implementing safety and training initiatives to improve our safety performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead EHS performance on site, ensuring compliance with Lendlease EHS protocols and regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise to identify EHS issues and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Implement safety and training initiatives to improve EHS performance and promote a culture of safety.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into project planning and delivery.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in an EHS Coordinator/Advisor position, preferably in the construction and/or engineering industries.
  • Large-scale commercial/residential project experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally.
