Executive Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership. Lead a team of professionals to deliver high quality outcomes.
  2. Strategy. Set the strategic direction and business plan of the team, consistent with the organisational plan.
  3. Partnerships. Develop close relationships and networks with peer agencies, external advisors, and industry forums.
  4. Risk Management. Manage risk and ensure that the team delivers on its focus areas.
  5. Operational Management. Develop and implement systems and procedures.
About You
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to organise and motivate others.
  • Fosters an inclusive environment that creates a sense of belonging and trust.
  • Adept at leading in uncertain circumstances and facilitating understanding of complex issues.
  • Experience in the financial services sector in a senior leadership capacity, with sound understanding of regulatory principles and sector risks.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Relationship building, negotiation and influencing capability at senior level.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify strategic issues and develop solutions.
  • Strong personal integrity and an intuitive understanding of prudent business practice.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships in a professional team environment.
  • Professional qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
