Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Leadership Expert to lead our team in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

About the Role

This position will be fully embedded in the ANZ business, providing exposure to work done across groups as we operate in a highly coordinated manner.

The role involves high-priority, high-value, high-visibility, and high-impact work with a focus on growth and capability building.

  • Develop Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate across ANZ, Senior Leadership, and Global Strategy and Transformation to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Address High-Impact Challenges: Develop actionable solutions for critical issues facing the Operating Unit (OU).
  • Identify Future Growth Opportunities: Focus on capabilities needed to operationalize and capture value.
  • Act as Thought Partners: Translate strategic recommendations into executable plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business problems into structured projects that you will lead in end-to-end delivery against key objectives, from hypothesis development to final materials.
  • Lead analytical workstreams – identify and deconstruct business issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses and solve critical business issues with minimal oversight from functional leaders.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Lead & manage teams to deliver on-time and complete deliverables; ensuring recommendations are grounded in fact and actionable.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of key enterprise projects as needed.
