Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Officer. This role will provide support to operations through various administrative functions and play a key role in driving business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support, managing customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Conducting extensive data entry and maintaining accurate records

  • Processing invoices and opening work orders in a timely manner
  • Providing payroll support and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Handling customer service inquiries, including invoice follow-up and answering calls
