
Operational Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to support business goals by delivering excellent administrative support and managing key customer interactions. This permanent, full-time role involves extensive data entry, invoicing, payroll support, customer service, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage large volumes of data using proficient skills in Excel.
- Invoicing and Financial Administration: Prepare and process invoices, opening work orders, and other financial transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Payroll Support: Provide timely and accurate payroll support to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, including invoice follow-up and answering calls, to build strong relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Generate reports and collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives and drive success.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Prior Experience: Proven experience working in an office environment, preferably in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of Payroll Processes: A solid understanding of payroll processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- JDE Experience: Familiarity with JDE systems is preferred but not essential.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to perform complex tasks such as cost tracking and data analysis.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, particularly in handling invoicing and follow-up tasks.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
