Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting team members with setting up onsite mechanical pressure systems of liquid/air pressure systems including components of pumps, hoses, generators, filters etc.
  • Setting up of calibrated equipment within mechanical pressure systems
  • Working under Leading Hands in all tasks, responsibilities, duties, work, and projects as may be requested
  • Performing administrative requirements including accurate completion of work timesheets, JHA's, vehicle check sheets, equipment inventory lists, or any other documentation as may be required in the role.
  • Following best practices and internal policies in relation to safety, fatigue, cleaning equipment, support equipment, Personal Protective Equipment, inventory control, client relations.
  • Participating in external and/or internal training as required for upskilling and/or cross-training.
Requirements
  • Pressure testing, chemical cleaning, flange management, high-pressure blasting
  • Mechanical equipment knowledge and experience
  • Ability to react, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to accept new challenges
  • Strong focus on teamwork and capable of working unsupervised
  • Positive and team-based attitude
  • Willingness to learn other industrial services such as leak sealing, hot tapping, chemical cleaning, pressure testing
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Driver License
  • HPW Licence
  • Construction Induction (White or Blue Card)
  • Working at Heights within 2 years desirable
  • Confined Space Entry within 2 years desirable
  • RTAY access card and QAL access card desirable
