Job Title: Experienced Onsite Support Specialist

We are seeking skilled onsite support engineers to assist clients with desktop, network, and EUC issues in the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex desktop and network problems
  • Install and upgrade operating systems and software applications
  • Apply patches and perform hardware and software repairs
  • Configure local area networks, wide area networks, switches, and routers
  • Administer Microsoft Office applications
Requirements:
  • Expertise in desktop and network troubleshooting and analysis
  • Ability to install operating systems and patches
  • Knowledge of WiFi and basic network concepts and protocols
  • Capacity to carry standard tools and connect to Cisco routers using console cables
  • Excellent business English and local language skills

Key Information: The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. A valid passport and ability to travel are required for this role.
