About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team at Woods & Co. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing guidance and assistance throughout the buying or selling process, and staying up-to-date on real estate market trends and developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on residential property sales and purchases.
  • Conduct market analysis to estimate property values and stay informed about market trends.
  • Create property listings that showcase the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Close sales transactions and ensure all contractual terms are met.
  • Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary activities to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • A strong work ethic and a proven track record of sales success.
  • Big dreams in the real estate industry and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • The right attitude, including sincerity, honesty, and authenticity.
  • Proven sales success in a related field, either in real estate or elsewhere.
  • Agent's Representative course and Certificate of Registration.
  • Australian driver's license.
