Rural Real Estate Sales Professional

Elders is seeking a skilled Rural Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our real estate business, you will be responsible for driving listing and selling opportunities in rural real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- List, Market, and Sell Properties: Utilize your knowledge of real estate legislation and industry experience to identify and capitalize on listing and selling opportunities in rural real estate.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, providing personalized service and expert advice.
- Participate in Branch Business Development Programs: Collaborate with the Elders team to develop and implement business growth strategies, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising, ensuring the success of our rural real estate business.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
- Work with the Elders Team: Collaborate with colleagues to provide clients with innovative solutions and opportunities, driving business growth and success.
- Maximize Promotional Opportunities: Leverage events and community engagement to promote our brand and services, building relationships and driving business growth.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Local Real Estate Industry Experience: A proven track record of success in the local real estate industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
- Property Appraisal Skills: The ability to appraise properties and identify their potential, highlighting the benefits and features of rural and residential properties.
- Real Estate Licence: A current and valid real estate licence, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Marketing Skills: Proven marketing skills, with the ability to effectively promote properties and drive sales.
- Real Estate Legislation Knowledge: A thorough understanding of real estate legislation, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: A strong team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
