As an HR Project and Data Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the operational responsibilities of an HR data officer and the coordination of HR regional projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee various aspects, including payroll processes, headcount management, people costs within yearly budgets across APAC, with particular focus on Australia.

  • Manage grading, promotions, and ensure fair compensation practices for the APAC Region.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and optimize HR processes across APAC.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and manage performance reviews.

Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with employment laws and collaborating with legal teams as needed. Local OH&S policies must also be implemented, and regional HR projects, such as employer branding, talent management, and development initiatives, need to be implemented.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both operational, data, and project management responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong data analytics experience and proficiency in tools like Excel or Tableau.
