Residential Construction Project Manager

We seek an experienced Carpenter with a strong background in residential construction to oversee various projects on the Northern Beaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage carpentry teams working on high-end residential projects valued over $1 million
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter or Working Foreman
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
