About the Junior Supervisor Role

The primary responsibilities of this position will include performing various tasks related to project coordination, estimation, and warranty work from an office-based environment.

As you progress in your career, you will be expected to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring a high level of quality control and managing relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers. Regular WHS site inspections and effective communication with clients regarding job progress are also essential duties of this role.

Key Requirements for Success

  • Completion of or enrollment in a Certificate IV in Building & Construction
  • A long-term commitment to a career in residential construction, specifically home building

  • Excellent communication skills
