Site Construction Manager

The role of Site Construction Manager involves overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. A successful candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with experience managing high-end projects.

This is a hands-on leadership position, requiring the ability to coordinate trades and direct site activities. As a skilled leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met while maintaining our reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, including coordination of trades and direct site management
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness on site
  • Ensure carpentry and structural works are completed to premium standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to deliver the project vision

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified Carpenter with a solid background in residential construction
  • Minimum 5 years of Foreman/Site Supervisor experience
  • Proven track record managing projects over $2 million, ideally in high-end or architectural homes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of construction programming and site coordination
