**Job Description**

The Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in the Digital Application Services, Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) unit.

As a specialist, you will ensure the maintenance of defined service levels by providing customer-focused advice and support.

Application specialists work closely with various stakeholders as well as upstream and downstream systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide effective change management, request management, incident management, risk management, and continuity planning utilizing best practices in systems support and service delivery, within the ITIL framework.
  • Ensure seamless integration of ieMR modules, including:
    • ESM (scheduling management)
    • Surgery
    • Pathology
    • Radiology
    • CareDelivery
    • Technical - Interfaces / Medical device integration
    • Reporting
    • Medications management

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong understanding of systems support and service delivery principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
