Our company is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist in Supply Chain Logistics.

\Job Description
\\[Permanent position available for a talented recruiter who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, identify and recruit potential candidates, and conduct interviews to fill open positions. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) required.
\\[Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to source top talent


\\[Strong analytical skills, with ability to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions and complete paperwork for new hires.


\\[Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Development and Client Relationship Management, to grow our Supply Chain Logistics portfolio by inputting into companies services and future directions.


\\[Requirements include formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering and direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong decision-making skills required.
