Customer Service Representative
About the Job:
This is a fast-paced role within our Customer Service Centre, where you will be responsible for managing high volumes of internal and external enquiries across telephone, email, and face-to-face channels.
You will be working in a team environment, reporting to the Coordinator, Customer Experience, and based in Windsor.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be results-oriented, and have a flexible approach to problem-solving.
You will be adept at building and maintaining collaborative relationships and will have a demonstrated background in a Customer Service Centre environment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage high volumes of internal and external enquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- TAFE / Business College Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service or extensive customer service experience
- Previous Customer Service Call Centre experience
- Demonstrated administration skills using MS Office applications
- Ability to understand and interpret maps and plans
- Demonstrated history of effective and efficient management of customer complaints
- Demonstrated competence interacting and working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes
