Occupational Therapist Role

We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia. Our services include Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.

This role is for an experienced Occupational Therapist who will manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently. You will assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning through clinical observations and standardized assessments. Your goal is to set personalized treatment plans that enhance participants' quality of life.

To achieve this, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, offer support and advice on environmental adaptations, recommend Assistive Technology to address functional limitations, and stay informed about current legislation to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently.
  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Interpret findings to set personalized treatment goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Offer support and advice on environmental adaptations for home, school, work, and residential facilities.
  • Recommend Assistive Technology to address functional limitations and promote independence.
  • Stay informed about current legislation to ensure compliance.

Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
