Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Financial Advisor, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can progress to increasing levels of seniority and receive the training and promotions they deserve.

  • Managing buy side and sell side due diligence transactions from data book construction through to transaction closure.
  • Managing the origination and execution of M&A transactions.
  • Assisting in transaction negotiations and legal documentation.
  • Providing independent advice to clients.
  • Leading project teams and managing local teams.
  • Managing and developing junior team members in financial analysis, transaction scenarios, and research.
  • Building relationships with clients and other stakeholders, including Legal, Accountants, Private Equity, Funds, and Investment Bankers.
  • Identifying new value-adding transaction opportunities for clients.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience gained in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/M&A/Corporate Advisory or similar.
  • Experience across all aspects of a transaction/investment process.
  • Proven deal origination and post-deal management, including drafting initial pitches and evaluating proposals.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills, e.g., Modano.
  • A high level of accuracy when completing work.
  • An inquisitive mind and real commercial acumen.
  • An ability to express complex issues in a simple, logical manner.
  • A bright, energetic personality and the ability to use initiative.
  • The ability to identify and develop new transaction opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present clearly in presentations or pitches to senior-level stakeholders.
