Commercial Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Manager who will collaborate with our leadership team to provide strategic support and actionable financial insights.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise resource allocation, pricing strategies, and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor for designated practice groups.
  • Analyse key financial metrics (e.g., KPIs, WIP, debtor days, utilisation, realisation) and lead performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support pricing strategies, tender submissions, and large client proposals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support client arrangements, compliance, and operational planning.
  • Enhance working capital management and oversee significant WIP write-offs.
  • Assist in resource planning and team structuring aligned with strategic goals.
  • Provide responsive support on ad hoc queries and initiatives.
