Role Overview:

As a strategic financial advisor, you will play a vital role in driving business outcomes across various functions.

You will collaborate with operational and commercial teams to deliver insightful analysis on product performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Deliver data-driven insights on product performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain robust financial models to evaluate capital expenditure, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Provide commercial support for new product development, market expansion, and strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • Big 4/Mid-Tier experience is highly valued.
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
