About the Role
This is a high-impact role that partners across departments to drive commercial outcomes, support strategic initiatives, and deliver financial insights that shape the future of a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the commercial build of annual budgets, long-term plans, and monthly forecasts. Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals.
Commercial Partnering: Act as the primary financial advisor to business units, providing insights on profitability, resource allocation, and investment feasibility.
Profit Management: Drive month-end close processes, variance analysis, and performance reporting to ensure accurate financial outcomes.
NPD Staging Gate: Lead financial modeling and commercial assessment of new product development projects, supporting decision-making from concept to launch.
Business Planning & OKRs: Contribute to the achievement of Australian & Global Accounting and Finance strategies, including ESG and transformation goals.
Accounting & Professional Development: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, support audits, and contribute to policy development.
You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Member of a professional accounting body
5–10 years of finance and management experience
Advanced Excel skills; SAP/BI/BPC experience preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
