About Us

True Vision Windows & Doors is a leading commercial aluminium windows and doors fabrication/installation team based in West Sydney with a trusted glazing wholesaler background.

We are now hiring a Project Administrator to join our team, this is a full-time position. As a Project Administrator at our company, you will oversee our project documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of projects to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and supervise major projects of the company, ensuring compliance with Australian engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Address questions and resolve issues related to contracts, projects & services involved. Handle related paper works, documents.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and interpretation of technical specifications, blueprints, and regulatory requirements for electrical power equipment, ensuring their application met both Australian and international electrical engineering standards.
  • Coordinate with other team members to meet project objectives. Supervise contractor work and report on any changes to work orders.
  • Provide specialized advice on electrical engineering methods and procedures, particularly in the areas of system design, optimization, and integration into existing power grids.
  • Manage project operations, including the planning, execution, and oversight of schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment such as transformers, switchboards, and cables.
  • Draft and review submissions and reports related to project activities. Gather and analyze project data, and present findings on project results.
  • Foster relationships with regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders, facilitating compliance and accreditation processes, and promoting the adoption of best practices in electrical engineering.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate 2-3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry or project management.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in project management, engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong project management, financial, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and technical documentation.
Benefits
  • Annual salary range for this position is between 73,150 to $80,000 plus super. Actual remuneration to commensurate with skills and experience.
  • Full-time permanent contract.
