Workforce Coordinator - Casual Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis. As a Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management systems.

\

Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining operational rosters for all services, balancing customer needs with financial and award requirements. You will also be responsible for managing leave and temporary shift changes, including engaging agencies where needed.

\

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will identify rostering gaps and help develop practical solutions. You will contribute to improving systems, culture, and processes in a fast-paced support environment.

\

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality support to customers. If you have experience in 24/7 rostering or resourcing roles and possess knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements, we would like to hear from you.
