Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.
  • Support leaders in managing work-related injuries and return-to-work processes.
  • Manage employee caseloads, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Coach and support leaders on performance management and people development.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to key metrics and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and innovate processes.
Key Requirements
  • Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management (desired).
  • 2-5 years' experience as an HR professional (generalist background ideal).
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and employment legislation.
  • Confidence managing day-to-day queries alongside more complex advisory work.
