
National Sales Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to lead a high-performing national sales team. The role involves driving revenue growth across commercial and corporate segments, focusing on clients with 500+ employees.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, team management, and strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse national sales team to exceed targets.
- Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Implement training programs and sales enablement strategies.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts.
- Account Management
- Oversee strategic account planning and relationship management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Performance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to ensure team performance.
- Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success managing national or regional sales teams.
- Experience selling to commercial and corporate clients (500+ employees).
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
