Senior Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to lead a high-performing national sales team. The role involves driving revenue growth across commercial and corporate segments, focusing on clients with 500+ employees.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, team management, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse national sales team to exceed targets.
  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement training programs and sales enablement strategies.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts.
  • Account Management
  • Oversee strategic account planning and relationship management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to ensure team performance.
  • Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success managing national or regional sales teams.
  • Experience selling to commercial and corporate clients (500+ employees).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
