As a National Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement segment sales strategies
- Manage and train sales teams to support company initiatives
- Review skills and identify gaps for improvement
- Provide leadership through effective communication and coaching
- Manage operations to achieve profit and loss targets
- Drive business development and conversion to achieve 5-year plan goals
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline
- Strong commercial and professional experience in cost management, strategy and communication
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with demonstrated achievement in developing senior front-line staff
- Long-term success in a B2B sales environment
- Ability to lead, influence and negotiate
