Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to enhance consultation and engagement with external stakeholders, responding to feedback from members and the Reserve Bank of Australia. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar member engagement or business administration role and possess excellent communication skills.

The Coordinator will play a pivotal role in streamlining and coordinating engagement activities, managing contact lists, and selecting effective channels for communication. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to leverage insights and refine consultation, communication, and coordination strategies.

The successful candidate will have broad knowledge of payments technology and experience generating reports and analyzing data for stakeholder reporting and decision-making. They will be able to build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external members, acting as a liaison during consultations.
