Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced professional to spearhead the growth and optimization of our partner network.

This pivotal role focuses on building high-performing strategic alliances across diverse markets, enhancing revenue streams, and shaping our brand presence on a global stage.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Proactively identify and secure new partnerships, driving growth initiatives and expanding our ecosystem.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Contract Negotiation: Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that maximise mutual value.
  • Revenue Enablement: Collaborate with partners to deliver measurable trading volume, new client acquisition, and robust revenue outcomes.
  • Partner Enablement: Deliver tailored training, education, and branded resources to empower partners in representing us effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse partner activity and results with advanced metrics, providing actionable insights and regular feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in partnership development, preferably within financial services or fintech.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and results orientation.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive approach, with a passion for building and nurturing high-value relationships.
