
Alliances Development Manager

Achievers seeks a results-driven professional to develop and manage alliances ecosystems in APAC. This role will focus on lead generation, working closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant areas to drive value from strategic partnerships.
- Regional strategy setting and execution, collaborating with the Global Strategic Alliances leader, APAC sales, and marketing teams.
- Researching and recruiting new partners aligned with the global strategy, qualifying prospective partners' suitability, and securing a target number of partners in each region.
- Representing Achievers' strengths to prospective partners, working with colleagues from sales and solution consulting.
- Negotiating partnerships: leading contractual conversations/agreements with internal support teams (i.e., Legal, Finance, Sales, and RVP).
- Identifying mutually beneficial incentives that drive desired behavior from 3rd-party collaboration.
- Partner Enablement: collaborating with Marketing, Sales Enablement departments to create content and training sessions to educate partners at the right level following the global framework.
- Delivering results: contributing new initial meetings from the partner network for our sales organization.
- Partner Marketing: identifying and designing joint marketing initiatives alongside the Marketing department, aiming to identify leads for the sales organization.
- Managing relationships: expanding and deepening relations with existing partners, leading regular business development calls, driving business engagement to deliver expected results.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: running reviews with partners to assess results against goals and agree on a plan for the subsequent fiscal year.
- Extending our product offering by identifying strategic integrations and service partnerships.
- B2B Partnerships experience in the HCM industry and marketplaces.
- 5+ years in partner sales or alliances development position in the SaaS environment.
- Commercial acumen.
- Comfortable presenting to new partners and at SLT level.
- Can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated, results-focused, and hands-on.
- Strong relationship builder, good communicator, and ability to influence.
- Attention to detail.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
