Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Alliance Development Manager to lead our strategic vendor partnerships.

This role involves working closely with sales, marketing, delivery, and technical teams to align vendor offerings with customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing joint business plans, marketing development funds, co-marketing initiatives, and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners to drive business growth.
  • Program Enablement: Drive the implementation of joint business plans, manage marketing development funds, and coordinate co-marketing initiatives.
  • Commercial Performance: Track and report on key alliance KPIs, including revenue contribution, pipeline growth, and partner tier progression.

  • Strategic Input: Influence and support the broader go-to-market strategy through vendor-aligned initiatives.

  • Credentials: Commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence up and across.
