We are seeking an experienced piping and mechanical trade specialist to lead our team in delivering high-quality results. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for guiding and leading your team across various disciplines.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing overall guidance and leadership to your team">
  • Managing new technology and installation methods">
  • Direct management of integrated work teams">
  • Identifying key risks and opportunities and providing guidance">
  • Using IT programs for day-to-day management">
  • Conducting team meetings and providing support for estimates">
  • Maintaining a safe working environment">
  • Developing build strategies and proposing recommendations">

About the role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience investigating new technology and implementing it with their team. They will have demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the work scope at a job card level prior to and during execution by supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have managed piping and mechanical activities across multiple projects in a similar industry and have direct management experience of integrated work teams. A Trade or Engineering background and relevant qualifications are essential.
