We're looking for an experienced Automotive Claims Specialist to join our team at Gallagher Bassett. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of motor claims in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The role involves:

  • Managing end-to-end motor claims from inception to settlement
  • Raising payments and settling claims in accordance with client service instructions, company guidelines, and delegated authority
  • Achieving monthly productivity levels as designated by management
  • Resolving complaints in accordance with company guidelines
  • Finding opportunities for process improvement and recognizing potential fraud/recovery indicators for claims where applicable

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in motor claims, excellent organizational and time management skills, and outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
