About this role
This is a key position that oversees the organization and facilitation of sprint ceremonies, ensuring they are tailored to the complexity and risks associated with the sprint.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and servant-leader mentality, with a strong ability to conduct problem-solving and critical thinking.
They will also have excellent organizational and time management skills, empathy, and a commitment to team success.
Additionally, they will possess knowledge of Agile development tools and methodologies, as well as experience in deploying and establishing Agile methods within IT.
This role requires a deep understanding of product management, IT systems/service life cycle concepts, and the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Tailor ceremonies to the complexity and risks associated with the sprint.
- Ensure the team understands and follows the Agile Ways of Working principles, values, and best practices.
- Remove impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Encourage and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- A history of success leading Sprint/Kanban to deliver products to quality and on time.
