Job Summary

The role of a Team Leader Horticulture is to oversee the planning and delivery of horticultural maintenance programs across parks, reserves, and public open spaces.

  • Supervise internal crews and contractors to ensure high-quality presentation of green spaces.
  • Oversight service delivery in line with scheduled programs and standards, manage equipment, and respond to community requests.
  • Operational coordination, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.

Requirements:Qualifications and Experience

Tertiary qualification in Horticulture or a related field.

Several years' experience working in local government or a similar environment.
