Job Title: Garden Maintenance Team Leader

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary and superannuation benefits. As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a skilled team and ensure our client's standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
