Career Coach for Individuals with Disabilities

Role Overview:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires empathy, motivation, and guidance. As an Employment Coach, you will provide tailored support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their vocational goals and build sustainable careers.
- You will work closely with participants to develop and implement personalized employment plans, taking into account their strengths, abilities, and interests.
- You will also provide on-site support once employment has commenced, assisting with integration and providing ongoing guidance and consultation to both participants and employers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
- Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
