Medical Cannabis Organisation is seeking a skilled Medical Associate to join our newly established Medical Affairs team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Australia and contribute to the advancement of our organisation's medical strategy.

This position focuses on assessing, understanding, and managing medical and scientific information in the Medicinal Cannabis Industry, particularly in areas such as Chronic Pain, Insomnia/Anxiety/Depression, and PTSD/Aged care.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can support various medical affairs initiatives, conduct comprehensive literature reviews, analyse scientific data, develop accurate and compelling medical communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key qualifications for this role include an advanced tertiary qualification in a scientific discipline, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, and fluency in written and oral English.

As a Medical Associate, you will participate in medical conferences and events, represent the company, and gather insights. You will also support ongoing clinical trials and research initiatives by providing medical expertise and contribute to the development and implementation of medical strategies aligned with organisational goals.
