Site Construction Manager

About The RoleThis role involves overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage teams of tradespeople effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive site environment.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and client specifications.
- Manage construction activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Civil Engineering qualifications or relevant trade certifications.
- Solid hands-on experience in civil construction supervision.
- A proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
