About The Role
You'll oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and client specifications.
This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team delivering meaningful infrastructure in the renewable energy space.
About You
- Civil Engineering qualifications or relevant trade certifications are required, supported by solid hands-on experience in civil construction supervision.
- You should have proven ability to lead and manage teams of tradespeople effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive site environment.
- An Open Driver's Licence and White Card are essential.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating and delivering projects in fast-paced, client-focused settings, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong planning and time management capabilities are required, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal and negotiation abilities, are necessary.
