This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and experience in civil construction supervision to lead day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and client specifications.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and deliver projects in fast-paced, client-focused settings. You should also have a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as relevant trade certifications or qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Civil Engineering qualifications or relevant trade certifications.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams of tradespeople effectively.
- Licensing and Safety: Open Driver's Licence and White Card are essential.
