- Coordinate and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and client specifications
- Ensure project delivery meets quality, safety, and time requirements
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor who has a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
- Civil Engineering qualifications or relevant trade certifications
- Proven experience in construction supervision, with a strong background in leading and managing teams
- Excellent safety record and knowledge of industry regulations
- Open Driver's Licence and White Card
