About The Role

EPEC is currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our field team on site at the Maryvale Solar & BESS Project.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and client specifications.

About You

• Qualifications & Experience: Civil Engineering qualifications or relevant trade certifications, supported by solid hands-on experience in civil construction supervision.
• Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams of tradespeople effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive site environment.
• Licensing & Safety: Open Driver's Licence and White Card are essential.
• Project Delivery: Demonstrated success in coordinating and delivering projects in fast-paced, client-focused settings, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Organisational Skills: Strong planning and time management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: High-level written and verbal communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
