Job Role:

As a key member of the senior management team, you will oversee HR operations and drive process improvement across the employee lifecycle.

  • Oversee full HR operations from onboarding through to exit
  • Drive process improvements and implement operational efficiencies
  • Support workforce planning and compliance across a complex, regulated environment
  • Manage Employee Relations, including advising on performance, coaching staff and conflict resolution
  • Run workplace investigations when required
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives
  • Work effectively using smaller systems and manual processes where necessary
  • Contribute to organisational culture by being a trusted, respected voice within the school community

About You

You will be a confident and capable HR professional with experience in similar regulated industries such as education, health or banking.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong process management and project delivery skills
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution and coaching
  • Strong influencing skills and able to engage effectively with teaching and senior staff
  • Adaptability in environments without fully integrated HR technology
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline (highly regarded)
