Job Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Operations Lead to play a critical role in shaping and delivering people and culture practices.

  • Leading the HR operations function, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations.
  • Overseeing HR systems and processes for employees and contractors.
  • Supporting payroll governance and providing backup payroll processing where required.
  • Driving strategic initiatives, communications, and change management.
  • Leading employee relations matters, investigations, and resolution processes.
  • Championing diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Partnering with executives to deliver workforce planning, HR strategies, and performance reviews.

About You: We're looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in HR operations, compliance, and systems improvement. Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated HR supervisory or operations experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, regulations, and payroll legislation.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, ideally in a multi-site or remote workforce.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change.
Key Qualifications

Tertiary Qualifications: HR, Business, or related fields.

HR Supervisory Experience: Proven track record in leading HR operations teams.

Payroll Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law, regulations, and payroll systems.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
