Reducing Loneliness and Isolation in Older Australians
The Aged Care Visitor SchemeWe are seeking dedicated individuals to visit with older people, either at home or within an aged care setting in Logan City.
What to Expect- Visits are relaxed and social, allowing you to share a cup of tea, watch TV together, play cards, or simply chat.
To be eligible for this role, you must undergo a National Police check and be Covid-19 vaccinated. You will also require online training.
Our aim is to build stronger community relationships through social impact, innovation, inclusion, and connection.
By joining our team as an Aged Care Visitor, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this vision.
