About The Role We're looking for a Senior Service Leader to oversee one of our residential sites in the Wollongong region.
You'll manage daily operations, lead a team of support staff, and drive high-quality, person-centred services.
You'll work closely with your Head of Service Delivery and have strong internal support from rostering, recruitment, and workforce planning teams.
