  • Maintain mobility and healthy wellbeing of elderly residents by walking with them in the facility grounds and Horsley community.
  • Help people feel less isolated through regular visits and social interactions.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Age 18 years or older
  • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
