Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Intensive Family Support program in Brisbane North. This fixed-term role is designed to provide supervision, coaching, and practice guidance to a passionate team of practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of IFS practitioners
- Provide supervision, coaching, and practice guidance
- Oversee case planning, assessments, and family interventions
- Build strong relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders
- Contribute to program reporting and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Allied Health (or similar)
- 5+ years' experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed framework
- Previous leadership and staff supervision experience
- Strong understanding of child protection and family support
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Flexibility to meet families outside standard business hours
- Essential: Current driver's licence, Blue Card eligibility, and criminal history check
