Overview
Experienced Gardening Team Leader - Port of Brisbane role at Green by Nature. You will lead a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across our various contracts within Port of Brisbane. Responsibilities
Lead a team
Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
Complete service requests as required
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for?
Previous experience in Gardening using push and ride on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
Valid Manual Drivers Licence
White Card
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
Be punctual and reliable
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
