Senior Project Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale commercial new build projects.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and handover from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial new build projects valued at $50M+.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
